Then the e-mail says which steps Google took to handle the problems and one was to ask advertisers to delete knowledge that’s not theirs. Google wrote:
- Mounted the problem that had affected these merchandise on July 31, 11:27:35 PDT
- Eliminated the inaccurate knowledge from the affected reviews
- Instructed the advertiser that had the inaccurate knowledge of their account to delete any copies of the information that they might have made
Yea, I’m certain these advertisers all deleted all of that knowledge.
