One other rumor popping out of the Google Search Console reporting delays is that that is some form of unconfirmed replace is rolling out. Nicely, that’s not the case in any respect. John Mueller of Google stated this isn’t a core replace and even an unconfirmed core replace.

And since Search Console reporting is reporting, this has nothing to do with core rating or rating updates.
And, in fact, these confirmed up to date could be documented on the Google Search Status Dashboard unlike reporting delays.
