Google appears to be testing including labels and descriptions on the images inside the native enterprise profile listings. These are on each the carousel of photographs and on the detailed enterprise profile web page.
We have seen Google testing descritpions on photos in Business Profiles however that was solely if you clicked on the picture.
These are displaying on the picture as overlays on the carousel and element web page view.
